Leah Boutin, 5, waves her Union Jack at the Celebration of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II's reign of 63 years at City Hall Wednesday. Queen Elizabeth II is now the longest-reigning monarch in British history, surpassing Queen Victoria. The celebration included a procession of honour guard, flag raising, proclamation, tribute to the Queen and singing of the Royal Anthem.
