The Citizen held a Prince-ly poll to ask our online readers what is their favourite Prince song.
Poll takers were all over the board with Purple Rain showering the top of the chart with 36 per cent, with a total of 131 votes. When Doves Cry came in a teary second with 20 per cent and a total of 71 votes.
Raspberry Beret claimed a jaunty 15 per cent with a total of 54 votes, Little Red Corvette steered its way right behind with 14 percent and a total of 51 votes.
Let's Go Crazy took a spinny 10 per cent with 35 votes and Kiss smooched its way to six per cent and 20 votes.
There was a total of 362 votes. Please remember this is not a scientific poll.
