Recently-toughened drinking and driving laws appear to be hurting the bottom lines of local pubs.
Bonnet Hill Pub and Grill owner Judy Edgson said patrons are "scared to drink" as a result of the changes, even though most should still be able to get behind the wheel after a couple of drinks provided they've also had something to eat.
