Public skating has returned for the season at Kopar Memorial Arena (formerly known as the Coliseum) and the Elksentre.

Public skating season is back in Prince George.

Public skating times are available at the Kopar Memorial Arena (formerly known as the Coliseum) and the Elksentre on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

The Elksentre is open for public skating on Fridays from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Sundays from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Kopar Memorial Arena is open for public skating on Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Extra public skate times are available on Nov. 25, Dec. 19, Dec. 23, Dec. 27 and Dec. 30 for School District 57 professional development and winter break days.

Admission is $5.25 for adults, $4 for seniors, $4.25 for youth and students and $3.25 for children ages four to 12. Children three years old and younger skate for free.

Skate and helmet rentals, and skate sharpening, are available for a fee.
