Prince George RCMP have put out a call for people to keep their eyes open for a violent prolific offender.
Jamie Hal Hammerstrom, 37, is wanted in relation to a stolen vehicle and possession of stolen property investigation dating back to last September.
He is well known to police and on the local detachment's prolific offender list. According ot an RCMP statement, Hammerstrom should be considered violent and if located, not be approached. Instead residents are asked to immediately call 911.
Hammerstrom is described as a Caucasian male, standing five-foot-eight and weighing 149 lbs. He is of medium build with blonde hair and green eyes.
