A Prince George woman was sentenced Monday to 18 months probation for her role in a confrontation in a Hart-area parking lot one-and-a-half years ago.
Kaylin Kina Cassidy, 21, was issued the term for one count of assault causing bodily harm from the Feb. 25, 2016 incident.
The term comes with a suspended sentence and a $200 victim surcharge.
Cassidy and Tyler Dillon Toop, 22, were arrested about 45 minutes after police were called to a report of an assault in a parking lot in the 2200 block of Highway 97 North.
It's believed two people were sideswiped while driving in the area before the incident carried over into the parking lot where a woman was allegedly assaulted, police said at the time.
Toop continues to face charges of using an imitation firearm, possessing a firearm, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, dangerous driving and mischief $5,000 or under.
All of those involved in the incident are known to each other, according to RCMP.
