The Prince George RCMP have received a report of a possible stabbing this morning.

RCMP says at approximately 9:20 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 5 officers received the information about a possible stabbing at a residence on the 1500 block of Strathcona Avenue.

Officers and paramedics attended the scene where an adult male victim was located suffering from what appeared to be a stab wound. The victim was transported to hospital for further treatment.

The area of Norwood Street and Strathcona Avenue was also the location of a recent targeted shooting, which took place on Oct. 5.
