Prince George RCMP looking to identify break and enter suspects

Snacks, cigarettes, cigars and empty propane tanks stolen from gas station.

Prince George RCMP have issued images of two people caught on camera while breaking into a Beaverly-area gas station and are asking for the public's help in tracking them down.

The incident occurred on Tuesday just after 2:30 a.m. at the Petro-Canada at the corner of Highway 16 West and Carmel Drive where they broke in through a door and made off with several boxes of snacks as well as fireworks, cigarettes, cigars and empty propane tanks.

The male suspect is described as a tall Caucasian, wearing dark clothing and a red ball cap. The female suspect was wearing dark clothing and a long dark winter coat and had dark coloured hair.

Witnesses last saw their vehicle heading west on Highway 16 and before police arrival.
