The front counter at the Prince George RCMP detachment will be closed in answer to the COVID 19 outbreak.
The step came into effect on Monday at 5 p.m. and is to remain in effect until April 15, although that may be subject to change, the detachment said.
Non-essential services, such as fingerprinting and police information checks, will be put on hold, but the phones in the vestibules will be available should the need arise.
