Prince George RCMP arrest six in targeted drug investigation

Prince George RCMP have arrested six individuals in a targeted drug investigation. 

On Friday, May 22 members of the Prince George RCMP's Street Crew Unit with the assistance of the North District RCMP's Emergency Response Team executed a controlled drugs and substances act search warrant on a residence on Brock Drive.  A 41-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman were arrested in the residence.

As part of the same investigation, the Street Crew Unit executed another search warrant on a hotel room in Prince George.  Three adult males and an adult female were arrested.

A significant quantity of methamphetamine, crack cocaine, fentanyl and cash was seized along with drug trafficking paraphernalia and a prohibited firearm. 

All those arrested were held for investigation and later released pending further investigation and charge approval from the Federal Prosecution Service of Canada.
