From Prince George provincial court: June 6 Liam Padriac Gaffney was fined $1,000, with a $150 victim surcharge, for care and control of a motor vehicle while impaired. He was fined an additional $1,000 for breach of recognizance.

Liam Padriac Gaffney was fined $1,000, with a $150 victim surcharge, for care and control of a motor vehicle while impaired. He was fined an additional $1,000 for breach of recognizance.

June 7

Leonard Arthur Morin was sentenced to 30 days in jail for breach of a recognizance or undertaking.

Jared Kenneth MacDonald was sentenced to one day in jail and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $50 for being unlawfully at large.

Kale A. Welsh was given a conditional discharge for common assault. He was ordered to serve one year probation, pay a victim surcharge of $50 and provide a DNA sample. In addition, he was prohibited from owning firearms for five years.

June 8

Gloria Anne Bates was given a suspended sentence and one year probation for theft under $5,000.

Christopher Michael Beadle was sentenced to one day in jail for breaching his probation order.

Russell Gordon Corson was fined $1,000 and prohibited from driving for one year for drunk driving.

Michael Raymond Gardiner was fined $500 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $75 for breaching his probation order.

Lyle Albert Jensen was fined $400 for theft under $5,000.

Ronald Gerry Moore was sentenced to 14 days in jail, to be served intermittently, for theft under $5,000. He was also sentenced to seven days in jail for breaching his recognizance and one day in jail for breaching his probation order. He was placed on probation until all his jail time is served.

Gagandeep Singh Panaser was fined $1,000, given a two-month conditional sentence , ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $150 and prohibited from driving for one year for operating a motor vehicle while impaired.

Scott Tylor Sander was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of an undertaking.

Damien Lawrence Wayne Taylor was sentenced to one year of probation for robbery.

Brian Bobby Tomah was sentenced to 30 days in jail for breaching his probation.

Robert Glenn Klyne was given a suspended sentence for assault, He was ordered to serve one year probation and pay a $50 victim surcharge.

June 9

Matthew Scot MacMillan was fined $1 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $50 for driving while prohibited.

Jonathan Frederick Frohlich was fined $2,000, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of $300 and prohibited from driving for three months for being in care or control of a vehicle while impaired.
