It’s the final week for residents to use two of the city’s parks before they close for the winter.
The gates at Connaught Hill Park and Carrie Jane Gray Park will be closed for the season, starting on Oct. 30, the City of Prince George announced on its social media channels. Nechako Riverside Park will be closed once snow sticks on the ground.
The public washrooms at Duchess Park, Lheidli T'enneh Memorial Park and Rainbow Park will close early next week, the city statement said.
