The Prince George Park Drive-in has been put on the market.
In a Facebook post, the landmark confirms they are selling, adding it's been a wonderful past few years but it's time to move on.
The listing agent is Ron Gallo with Boardwalk Properties.
He tells PrinceGeorgeMatters the price is $479,000 and there are no conditions to the buyer to keep the land the way it is.
"It has potential for sure. Price includes all inventory associated with the four components of the whole business - Drive-In, Go Karts, Mini Golf and Concession," he says.
Although a high number, he says the positive is there will be no transition period which means no interruptions in revenue.
