On April 28, 29 year old Samuel Auger, of Prince George, was struck by a pick up truck near Grama's Inn on Central Street West. Mr. Auger has since succumbed to his injuries.
Today, Mr. Gordon Mayward Kerr of Prince George, appeared in Provincial Court and was charged with manslaughter and criminal negligence causing death in relation to the death of Mr. Auger.
