A Prince George man is now among those facing charges stemming from the Stanley Cup riot last spring.
Christian John Dougherty, 19, has been charged with participating in a riot and mischief over $5,000.
Crown prosecutors approved the charges on Feb. 23 based on evidence given to them by the Vancouver Police Department's Integrated Riot Investigation Team and the charges have not yet been proven in court.
Dougherty has not yet made a court appearance.
