A 39-year-old Prince George man was arrested following a break-and-enter into a garage on Johnson Street.
At about 2:30 a.m. this morning (Nov. 12), the Prince George RCMP received a report of a break-and-enter after an alarm was triggered.
Officers attended the scene and attempted to clear the garage, and located the suspect, Jeffrey Nik Krafczyk, who was hiding under a vehicle.
The man attempted to run from police, but was apprehended shortly after.
Police say he was taken into custody without further incident.
Krafczyk has been charged with break and enter with intent, possession of break-in instruments, resisting arrest and two counts of failure to comply with recognizance, which are in relation to a previous investigation where Krafczyk had been charged.
Police say he was held in custody and will appear in court later today.
