Environment Canada says a storm is brewing near the Prince George region of B.C.
As a result, the national agency has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for the northern capital as of 10:37 a.m. this morning (Aug. 7).
Right now, the forecast is calling for a few thunderstorms this afternoon amidst a high of 27 C, 30 C with the humidity.
Storms may produce strong wind gusts, large hail, and heavy rain.
