The first early-bird prize draw in this year’s Prince George Hospice Dream Home Lottery is right around the corner.

On Friday (July 31), someone will win the first 2020 prize, which is 50 tickets for the 50/50 draw.

As of today (July 27), the take-home jackpot currently sits at $58,550 with 4,684 of the 50/50 raffle tickets sold.

However, there’s potential for the jackpot to reach up to $150,000.

The 50/50 draw takes place on Sept. 25, but Friday’s early-bird draw will give someone an even greater chance to win.

The 50 tickets for the 50/50 draw are sponsored by Canadian Tire, valued at $1,250.

As far as the 2020 Dream Home itself, valued at over $700,000, Hospice has sold nearly 4,300 tickets to date.

The 2020 Dream Home, located at 3955 Larisa Ct. in the Nechako View Subdivision, features five bedrooms plus an office, four bathrooms, five brand-new appliances and about 3,390 sq. ft. of spacious modern living.

The winner for the Dream Home will be drawn on Dec. 24, 2020.

This year, the Hospice Society is also holding two 50/50 draws with the first one on Sept. 25 and the second on Dec. 18.

That means two winners have the chance to take home up to $150,000.

If you want to be entered to win the first early-bird prize, 50 tickets for the first 50/50 raffle, you have until Friday at noon to purchase tickets, which are $25 each for the 50/50 and $100 for the Dream Home.
