Prince George Fire Rescue respond to outbuilding fire

Prince George Fire Rescue responded to a structure fire on Saturday night. At about 11:02 p.m. crews from four halls responded to a report of a commercial structure fire on the 1900 block First Avenue.

Upon arrival, crews found a four-hundred-square-foot outbuilding fully involved. They were able to extinguish the fire and there was no damage to adjacent buildings.

Prince George Fire Rescue says damage is estimated at $100,000 and RCMP are investigating the cause of the fire.
