Fire crews are on scene at a mobile home fire in the city’s VLA neighbourhood.
A mobile home in the Lombardy Mobile Home Park caught fire before noon Wednesday as smoke could be scene emanating from the structure throughout the neighbourhood.
Crews from Prince George Fire Rescue were quick to arrive on scene to tackle the fire as the city faces an extreme cold warning with temperatures near -35 C.
The fire was contained to a single residence and there were no injuries.
Damage to the residence is estimated at $20,000.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
