Premier Christy Clark will roll into town on Thursday for her first visit to Prince George since the provincial election campaign officially kicked off on Tuesday.
The Liberal leader will meet with the local media on Thursday afternoon and hold a rally for supporters in the evening.
Clark kicked off the campaign in Victoria on Tuesday and spent Wednesday in the interior, capping the day with a visit to Kamloops.
The Liberals currently hold both Prince George seats as well as the Nechako Lakes riding and will be looking to hold those constituencies despite province-wide polling which shows the NDP ahead by double digit margins in advance of the May 14 election.
