If the Prince George RCMP had a Christmas wish regarding a September investigation, it would be a witness.
There is such a person, but he did not remain at the Bon Voyage liquor store to speak with police when they responded to his call.
"It was not a robbery, he was just a nice customer who gave some information to the clerk there that we found interesting and we want to speak with him about it," said Prince George police spokesman Cpl. Craig Douglass. "It was information about a suspicious occurrence and we wish to know as much as we can about it."
The person of interest came to the store's attention on Sept. 27. RCMP have been attempting to locate him and check on background information since then, but are now asking the public to help identify the man.
"The man in the photos may be able to provide further information regarding an ongoing investigation," Douglass said.
