Prince George RCMP are looking for answers after coming across someone who may have been the victim of an assault.
Police were called to University Hospital of Northern British Columbia on Monday afternoon to speak with a man who had some facial injuries and was unable to say how they occurred.
Police said he had been found in an alley behind a business in the 100 block of George Street at about 2 p.m. and was wearing a blue ski jacket and jeans.
