The RCMP's evidence room got a little fuller this week as RCMP recovered numerous stolen items while executing a search warrant.
On Sept. 21, members of the Prince George RCMP's Crime Reduction Team obtained and executed a search warrant on a residence on the 1600 block of Rebman Crescent.
Upon entering the property, a number of stolen items were located and seized by police. Some of the items include a stolen semi-automatic 12 gauge shot gun, parts to another stolen weapon, over 500 rounds of various ammunition and a hockey bag full of hockey equipment.
Many other firearm parts were located, but have not yet been found to be stolen. A male was arrested at the residence.
Charges of possession of property obtained by crime, possession of prohibited weapon without license, illegal possession of a weapon/device/ammunition for transfer and two counts of breach of recognizance, have been approved against 24-year-old Brent Allan Fulljames of Prince George.
Fulljames has been remanded in custody until his next court appearance scheduled for Tuesday at the Provincial Court House.
Fulljames is currently charged with break and enter, possession of property obtained by crime and possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, stemming from two October 2010 investigations.
Both matters are currently before the courts.
