Police are investigating a father-son dispute which turned violent Saturday morning.
At approximately 11 a.m. police were called to a home in the 100 block of Patterson Street south where two men were fighting outside.
What started as a pushing match allegedly resulted in a 54-year-old man assaulting his 20-year-old son with a steel pipe, according to Prince George RCMP.
The 20-year-old man was taken to hospital by ambulance. The extent of his injuries was unknown as of press time.
Police were still investigating the case and no arrests had been made as of noon on Saturday.
