A man was sent to hospital with extensive injuries after he was attacked and badly beaten while riding his bike near Fort George Park early Tuesday morning.
Police said the 22-year-old suffered a broken jaw, head trauma and cuts to his face.
He was found in the 1700 block of Queensway and his bike and a trail of blood was found on Ingledew Street and 20th Avenue.
A forensic identification unit and the police dog service were called in to search the area and police are asking anyone who may have information to contact the Prince George RCMP at
