Pine Valley Golf Course is slated to receive a much needed face lift over the course of this year, thanks to the Friends of Pine Valley Golf Course (F of PV). This group is focused on preservation and re-beautification of the course.
The Extreme Makeover will take place in three phases with the first one kicking off Friday, May 28 at 4 p.m. The entire community is invited to donate funds, their time, or both to the project.
Donations can be made at the Pine Valley clubhouse or by credit card by phoning 250-562-4811. This money will go toward the purchase of materials like shrubs, plants, and trees. It's asked that donations be made before Monday, May 24 so the materials can be available on the day of the makeover.
