A pilot was sent to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after his small two-seat plane crashed into the runway at the Quesnel airport on Friday shortly after 11 a.m.
The other occupant did not suffer any significant injury and the runway was reopened within an hour, Quesnel RCMP Cst. Krista Vrolyk said.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Transportation Safety Board of Canada.
