In the last few days, the Prince George RCMP have received approximately six reports of copper wire being stolen from various locations in the Prince George area.
These thefts are occurring during the night.
The Prince George RCMP would like to remind those persons and businesses that work or deal in copper to take extra precautions to ensure it is secure. The person or persons responsible for these thefts have remove wires that are in use. This is dangerous and requires training.
