A partial-closure of a laneway in the Lafreniere subdivision has created a parade of woe for two Chartwell Avenue homeowners who flank the path.
Both Fernando and Marina Vasquez and Mike and Krista Papp say they've been constantly dealing with beer cans and other litter tossed into their yards and with people cutting through their properties to avoid climbing a chain-link fence topped with a line of barbed wire.
