Parolee on the the loose

Prince George RCMP are requesting the public's help in locating a parolee wanted on a Canada-wide warrant after he failed to return to his designated residence earlier this month.

Prince George RCMP are requesting the public's help in locating a parolee wanted on a Canada-wide warrant after he failed to return to his designated residence earlier this month.

Dustin Fagen Plourde, 32, is considered violent and should not be approached if seen. Instead, immediately call 911.

He's described as Caucasian, 170 cm (5'7") tall and weighing 93 kg (205 lbs), with brown hair and green eyes. He has many tattoos including on his right forearm, upper arms, hands and chest.

Police said he has an extensive criminal record in many communities including Calgary and Cranbrook and has convictions for offences that involved violence and weapons.

It's believed Plourde is still in the Prince George area; however he may have traveled to Calgary, or Fort St. John.

Anyone with information on where he may be is asked to call Prince George RCMP at 250-561-3300 or anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
