Two more national retailers have been slated to join the new development along Highway 16.
Party City and Sleep Country have signed on to become part of River Point Landing, joining previously announced anchor tenant Goodlife Fitness and PetSmart at the 3030 Recplace Drive location.
"Both Party City and Sleep Country are leading retailers in their respective categories," said Kyle Shury, principal of developer Platform Properties, in a press release. Construction of the first phase, consisting of more than 60,000 square feet of retail space, will start next month, said Shury, with store openings planned for next summer. "We are very excited to be constructing this project in the community of Prince George."
