Living with chronic pain can cause severe stress for individuals and their families, changing the way they live on a daily basis. The Chronic Pain Self-Management Program offers information and strategies that can help. The program is evidence based, with participants reporting increased motivation and confidence to manage their pain. Families are welcome.

CPSMP is implemented by Centre on Aging at University of Victoria, with resources from the BC Ministry of Health Services.
