Online poll favours Watts

According to our latest online poll results, Dianne Watts should be the next B.C. Liberal leader. The Citizen asked "who would you like to see become the next leader of the B.C.

According to our latest online poll results, Dianne Watts should be the next B.C. Liberal leader.

The Citizen asked "who would you like to see become the next leader of the B.C. Liberals?" and with 36 per cent and 303 votes, Dianne Watts came out slightly ahead of Mike De Jong with 30 per cent at 250 votes. Trailing was Todd Stone with 14 per cent and 118 votes, while Andrew Wilkinson took 10 per cent and 85 votes, Sam Sullivan with five per cent and 44 votes and Michael Lee took five per cent and 38 votes.

There was a total of 838 votes. Remember this is not a scientific poll.

Next questions is "the provincial government plans to oversee the legal sale of marijuana much the same way as alcohol - sold to anyone 19 years or older in private and public retail outlets. Do you think that's the best way forward?"
