It’s that time of the year again! It’s spring and the carnival is back in town.

Be prepared to eat mini donuts, play games, and ride the Scrambler, Hurricane, Himalaya, and the classic Ferris Wheel to leave yourself dizzy and delighted.

West Coast Amusements, the company that brings the carnival to the city, is the largest midway operation in western Canada.

They are going to take over the CN Centre parking lot from May 9 to 12, and set up all things you can expect to find at a carnival.

Wristbands are $40 each; you can get a red book of 20 tickets for $25.00, a blue book of 40 tickets for $45, and a single gold ticket is just $1.25

The carnival kicks off on May 9 from 3 to 10 p.m. and then runs Friday from 3 to 11 p.m., Saturday from noon to 11 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.

On Our Radar is just a thing we do when we're looking forward to an event or think the public should be aware of it. Think you have something for it? Email us at [email protected].
