Maybe you'll be served by a Darth Waiter if you head to an upcoming fundraiser dinner in Prince George and enjoy some Chewy Wookie steak (although Jabba will be unhappy that it isn't Pizza Hutt).
Polaris Montessori will be hosting a fundraiser in May, of course on Star Wars Day (May 4), to support school learning tools and training. School District 57 doesn't fund the school's learning materials or sending teachers to a training program.
The event will be hosted at the Ramada Hotel in Prince George, with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. and dinner is served at 6:30.
Tickets are $55 each and include dinner, silent and live auctions, games and dancing.
All funds raised on this night will go to the Montessori program after the cost of meals is paid to the Ramada.
Costumes are of course, welcome but are not mandatory.
