If one of your New Year’s resolutions is to reduce the amount of waste you create, then the Prince George Public Library has a free course that might be for you.

The program is called “Low Waste Living: A beginner’s guide” and is hosted by library employee and low-waste amateur, Larissa.

It will feature recommendations for getting started, including shopping techniques, simple swaps and easy lifestyle changes to set you on the path for low-waste living.

The course is intended for an adult audience and takes place at the Bob Harkins Branch (downtown) on Feb. 5 from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

On Our Radar is just a thing we do when we're looking forward to an event or think the public should be aware of it. Think you have something for it? Email us at news@princegeorgematters.com.
