It’s already that time of year again!

Prince George’s most festive neighbourhood is getting ready to light up and shine for the holiday season.

Candy Cane Lane -  the neighbourhoods near Upland Street, between Wilson Crescent, McKenzie Avenue and Aitken Crescent - transforms annually into a Christmas wonderland.

Whimsical Christmas displays, lights hung from the trees, and that magical Christmas feeling makes visiting Candy Cane Lane each December one of the city's most beloved Christmas traditions.

Taking a drive or walking through Candy Cane Lane, with a hot chocolate in hand, is the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit and beat the winter blues.

The homes within Candy Cane Lane will be turning on the lights for the first time this Sunday, Dec. 1.

You can either stroll or drive (slowly!) through the neighbourhood to take in all of the Christmas decorations during the most wonderful time of the year.
