MentorShipBC is a new online clearinghouse of information for small business owners, especially new startups.

"This online portal will provide small businesses with improved awareness and access to the key mentorship programs and resources available throughout the province," said a written statement from the Ministry of Jobs, Tourism and Skills Training and Minister Responsible for Labour. Minister responsible, Shirley Bond, along with Minister of State for Tourism and Small Business Naomi Yamamoto and Prince George-Mackenzie MLA Mike Morris will unveil the new resource at a ceremony today at the Prince George Chamber of Commerce.

The government officials will be joined by representatives from the BC Innovation Council and local small-business owners.
