Northern miner and First Nation sign exploration agreement

Serengeti Resources and the Takla Lake First Nation have signed an exploration access agreement for the company's Kwanika gold and copper project northwest of Prince George.

Serengeti Resources and the Takla Lake First Nation have signed an exploration access agreement for the company's Kwanika gold and copper project northwest of Prince George.

The mining exploration project, about a five-hour drive from from Prince George, is located 120 north of Fort St. James.

The agreement covers all exploration and related activities on the Kwanika property until the Vancouver-based company makes a decision to enter the mining permit application process.
