Northern Health is conducting an anonymous online survey to get feedback about the health authority’s laboratory services.
Residents can take part in the roughly five-minute online survey until June 30. The feedback gathered will be used to identify opportunities to improve, a social media post by Northern Health said.
To protect privacy, participants are asked not to include information that could identify themselves, patients, individual staff members or families.
