A Fort St. John veterinarian has been fined by the College of Veterinarians of British Columbia (CVBC) after several complaints for failing to comply with their investigation.
According to a consent order on the CVBC website, Dr. Harpreet Dhaliwal at the Gentle Pet Clinic admitted he failed to respond to seven complaints against him and provide records as requested.
Dhaliwal has since consented to disciplinary action including a reprimand, a fine and costs. The college’s decision to reprimand Dhaliwal was approved in August.
