Sentences for offences committed in Prince George, and surrounding areas.

Prince George Law Courts 

Garth Clarence Goodkey (born 1969) was sentenced to three years in jail and ordered to pay a $200 victim surcharge for trafficking firearms and ammunition. Goodkey was sentenced to an addtional two years in jail, ordered to provide a DNA sample, handed a lifetime mandatory firearms ban, and ordered to pay a second $200 victim surchage for trafficking controlled substances. 

Eric Michael Dillon (born 1989) was fined $2,000, handed a 12-month criminal driving ban, and ordered to pay a $600 victim surcharge for impaired driving. Dillon was also fined $1,000 and ordered to pay a $300 victim surcharge for failing to stop. 

Timothy Donald Munroe (born 1969) sentenced to four months in jail, and handed 12 months of probation for possession of stolen property over $5,000. Munroe was sentenced to an addtional seven days in jail for breaching a release order. 

Ollie James Henyu (born 1982) was fined $500, handed a one-year driving ban, and ordered to pay a $75 victim surcharge for driving with a suspended licence. 

Danielle Bernadette Joseph (born 1990) was handed six months of probation for mischief $5,000 or under. 

Luke Jonah Warren (born 1982) was fined $1,500, given a forfeiture order, and ordered to pay a $225 victim surcharge for hunting out of season. 

Quesnel Law Courts 

Anthony Arnold Ross-Olsen (born 1990) was given a six-month conditional sentence, ordered to provide a DNA sample, handed a two-year probation order and a ten-year mandatory firearms ban, and ordered to pay $62.80 in restitution and a $200 victim surcharge. 

Burns Lake Law Courts

Lester Wallace Abraham (born 1968) was handed 18 months of probation for public mischief, committed in Tintagel. 

Williams Lake Law Courts

Noah Alex Burtch (born 2001) was handed 12 months of probation for breaching a previous probation order. Burtch was handed a second 12-month probation order for theft $5,000 or under, committed in Prince George. 

Adam Kelly McGowan (born 1978) was handed a one-year driving ban and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for driving without a suspended licence, committed in Fort St. James. McGowan was also given a one-year criminal driving ban, and ordered to pay another $100 victim surcharge for dangerous operation of a conveyance and breaching probation. 

Allan Matthew Courtoreille (born 1969) was fined $500 and handed a one-year driving ban for driving with a suspended licence, committed in Terrace. 

Andrew Hall (born 1981) was sentenced to 13 days in jail and handed 12 months of probation for breaching a release order, committed in Dawson Creek. 

Michael Darren Felix (born 1994) was sentenced to a total of 117 days in jail for possession of stolen property under $5,000 and two separate breaches of probation, committed in Prince George. 

Fort St. John Law Courts

Nathan Robert Field (born 1991) was handed a two-year probation order for breaching a release order, which was imposed on June 10, 2023. 

Jacob Samms (born 1995) was ordered to provide a DNA sample, and handed a 12-month probation order with a two-year discretionary firearms ban for assault by choking, committed in Fort St. John.
