Night Steps is an annual Canadian National Institute for the Blind fundraising event.
This year Night Steps takes place Saturday at Masich Place Stadium.
Along with the five kilometre walk, there will be plenty to do for families who attend, including a Kids Zone, face painting and music provided by Entertainment Group.
Proceeds will go to ensure people who are blind or partially sighted get access to life-changing programs and services to teach vital skills that lead to independent living.
Registration and a barbecue - thanks to the Prince George Spruce City Lions Club - takes place at 3:30 p.m., opening ceremonies are at 4:30 p.m. and the walk takes place from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
