New COVID cases decline in Northern Health

10 fewer cases reported for week ending June 25

The B.C. Centre for Disease Control reported 31 new cases of COVID 19 in Northern Health for the week ending June 25.

The total is 10 fewer than for the week before.

Four of those cases were admitted to hospital, compared to 10 for the week ending June 18. 

As of Thursday, nine people in the region were in hospital with the disease with four of them in intensive care, according to a posting on the BCDC website.

No new deaths were reported, keeping the total at 357 since the pandemic was declared.
