Three new directors have been appointed to Geoscience BC, and among them is a northerner, Mackenzie mayor Stephanie Killam.
Joining her on the board are Richard Dunn of Encana and Geoff Freer of Firth Group. They are replacing three former board members whose terms have ended, among them former premier Dan Miller of Prince Rupert. Nine others continue on with the board.
