A walk to raise funds to combat multiple sclerosis will be held this Sunday at Lheidli T'enneh Memorial Park.
The check-in time is 11 a.m. and the walk starts at noon.
Participants can choose from varying route lengths, including a wheelchair accessible route for participants using mobility aids.
Canada has the highest rate of MS in the world, according to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada. The money raised will help fund stem cell research, research what causes MS and advocate for accessible and low-cost treatments.
