Prince George Fire Rescue are investigating following a Saturday morning fire.
Shortly before 7:30 a.m., 17 firefighters from three halls responded to a structural fire in the 1400 block of McCullagh Ave.
There were no injuries reported as the house was vacant at the time. Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire but remained on scene for additional hour and a half until investigators arrived.
Minimal smoke and water damage is estimated at $15,000.
