Fraser-Fort George Regional District directors approved nearly $80,000 on Thursday to pay for additional engineering expenses for the new sewer system under construction for Summit Lake.
An additional $79,770 will go to support work like environmental monitoring of downstream wetland and inspections of pump and tank installations.
The system is expected to be operable this winter.
