Thursday at about 5:20 p.m. there was a report of a modular home on fire in the 8400 block of Bunce Road.
Three halls and 13 firefighters from Prince George Fire Rescue responded to the call.
When crews arrived they saw the end of the home was on fire.
Crews entered the home and quickly extinguished the flames.
Crews helped the resident who had evacuated safely and provided medical aid to two pets who survived the fire.
There were no injuries to fire crews.
Cause of the fire is yet to be determined and damage estimate is not available.
